Iker Casillas!
Woke up at 2.30am just to watch Spain vs Italy! Everybody I knew looked down on Spain.. Saying that they will lose for sure. My beloved Spain did not let me down. They proved the world wrong! They did it! They beat Italy and the hero was my beloved idol cum keeper, Iker Casillas!!! Pics of my hero below! Handsome right??? Hehe. Drool!!!
The mistake was to substitute Fernando Torres for David Guila. Huge mistake! His penalty shot was saved and created pressure for Casillas to save the next penalty shot. Seeing him walk on the field and standing in front of the goal, he was a picture of calm. So collected unlike Buffon who looked nervous during the shootout.
Now, I can only hope and pray that my beloved Spain will make it to semis then to finals. I don't mind waking up just to watch them. Willing to sacrifice my sleep just to watch Spain anytime. :p Eva Gonzalez is 1 lucky woman to have Casillas. :)
Was kinda tired at work but still alright. Finally lost my temper with Ailmer, the new guy. He said some pretty rude things again today and I just lost it. Told him to mind his own business and if he believed I'll use the F word on him and I think he got a shock. Kept asking me if I was really angry with him. Told him I didn't wanna talk to him and to go away. He was scared.. He knew I meant it this time round.
After work while waiting for Irene to finish, he kept wanting to talk to me. Told him straight that he has been very rude thro'out and I didn't like it. Told him not to apologise if he didn't mean it and if he's not gonna change. Told him what I thought and felt and asked him to start thinking before he speaks.. I was a bit harsh but it's for his own good. He needs to learn now than later.
Ate beehoon with lotsa ingredients for dinner. Irene's mum cooked and she brought to work for lunch today, forgetting that we were having farewell lunch with Celine today. She didn't know what to do with the beehoon so I said I'll buy from her for dinner. She said don't need to pay. Was delicious!! With so much ingredients, I really think I should pay her. Will insist on it tomorrow. :p
Just finished setting up my fridge. Hope it works. :) Wiring is a bit ugly but as long as the fridge works, I think I can live with it. Haha.
Oh ya, I'm gonna go re-do my rebonding on Sat for free. Yay!! Hope it works this time..
