Hand, Foot & Mouth Disease
Yupz.. That's the illness that I've got right now. Not dengue fever but HFMD. All the symptoms that I stated yesterday was for HFMD. It came as a surprise to me and to a lot of other people coz all along, we thought that HFMD would only affect children. To think that I became infected as well. Does it mean that I'm still a growing child? Haha.
My dad's down with fever today as well. But I don't really pity him. He didn't take care of me when I was sick since Sunday and he complained about having to buy porridge for me for dinner and didn't want to send me to see a doctor yesterday.
And the worst part is, both of us are sick yet he wants me to buy lunch for him today. Harlow! No logic isn't it? My illness is contagious. His is only normal fever. Office even called to ask if they need to take any precaution and yet my a**hole of a father is asking me to buy him lunch. All I can say is F off manz. Why is it that everybody has a father but mine is such an idiot? I was sick since Sunday and from Sunday til today, all I ate for lunch is either bread or biscuits. What rights does he have to ask me to buy lunch for him when he didn't bother buying lunch for his sick daughter? He can jolly well suffer in hunger coz I won't care.

Fever, bodyache & headache
Been sick since Sunday morning. Felt so terrible with the fever and bodyache, not to mention a throbbing headache that feels like it's gonna burst anytime. Never had it this bad before. My back is in a perpetual state of aching no matter how I stretch. My head is constantly feeling very tight and painful that my ears and my jaws hurt as well.
I had 7 mosquito bites last week. Doc said that it shouldn't be dengue fever coz I've got a sore throat as well which clears off the suspicion of dengue. But my fever doesn't seem to be getting better. Yesterday morning, it reached a high of 39.3 degrees. Gave me such a shock that I was so worried that I would get brain damage if it doesn't subside. Currently my temperature is 38.6 degrees and I'm gonna see the doc again in a while. Need to take medical leave again and honestly, I don't feel too good about it coz after all, I've just started at my new dept and I'm sick for a couple of days already. Also, I need to recover asap coz I'm supposed to go to KL this weekend.
Wishing my headache and backache can go away. I can deal with the fever and the bones aching but the headache and backache are abnormal. Never experienced it before.. Wonder why it's so bad this time round. Seriously don't understand what's wrong. Thought of going to see the doctor now but I need the grocery shops to open so that I can at least buy some breakfast n lunch for myself. Guess I'll have to wait a while more... Sighz.... Being sick and alone sucks.

Neglected
I know I've neglected my blog.. Been so long since I last blogged though I came back to Singapore 2 Sundays ago. Sighz... So many things have happened since I'm back.
Dunno where to start and some things are better left unsaid. So what's there left to blog? Hmmz...
1 of the changes is that I've changed depts to be doing something that I have totally no idea about.. Treasury Ops.. Failed Financial Management 2 years in a row, have no idea what options are and how they work and yet I'm in a dept dealing with all these. I must be crazy.. At times, I do think I am. Haha.
Life's ok for me. Stressed at work coz dunno what's happening. Gonna borrow CFA notes from my cousin and start studying about this crap. Sighz.. It's back to school days but I guess it's good to keep me occupied. :)
Don't think I wanna talk about my personal life so that's about it I guess. Will update again next time. And D, u're on medical leave again! Take care of yourself dear friend!
